CI&T, recognized as a symbol of innovation by IAOP/Fortune, offers a new way to provide Business Intelligence (BI) services. From data extraction and analysis to project planning and execution, CI&T’s service offering is based on three pillars:

Efficiency
We are fully committed to effective deliveries and our methodologies support it. Mature processes and a established management culture that permeates the entire staff, combined with efficient implementation processes, generate real business value for our BI customers.

  • Agile Methodologies
  • Lean IT Principles
  • Situation Wall
  • Smart Presence

Effectiveness
A commitment to effective deliveries is necessary, but just that is not enough. At CI&T, we believe in delivering a project, on time and on budget, but beyond that, we are also dedicated to continuous improvement of our business and processes to ensure we are always providing our customers with the best service available.

  • Effectiveness
We use mature processes to map the real needs and develop an action plan fowllowed by a joint implementation (IT & Business) through short delivery cycles, usage, evaluation and redesign.
  • Cost/benefit
By incorporating Lean IT practices in the process, such as Value Engineering, we always deliver what is most important first.
  • Time-to-market
The adoption of different strategies and a flexible delivery model based on the integration of the teams and weekly cycles, allows for quick transitions and quickly realize the value generated.

Built on the concept of working groups, our methodology ensures a fundamental learning process on a BI project. By keeping a core team together, we have the benefit of experience to provide information quickly, make changes and improve agility in each cycle.

People
The pillars above are only possible because of our teams who are motivated by our customers’ challenges and committed to delivering positive results. These pillars are also only sustainable in the long term through a continuous development process:

  • MBA - FGV - Fundação Getúlio Vargas
The course was developed in partnership with Fundação Getúlio Vargas and provides the opportunity for discussions, developing and testing various methods, concepts and solutions and ensuring the development of our future leaders.
  • BI Forum
Every 40 days, we meet with executives of large corporations to share and discuss challenges, opportunities and lessons about the BI industry. The discussions focus on aspects of methodologies and the service structure for new technologies.
  • Residency
This is a center for research and continuous innovation with professionals dedicated equally to the working pods and to their education.
