In May, Leonardo Mattiazzi sat down with Ann All from IT Business Edge. In a two-part Q&A series, he discusses Ci&T’s newly established Entrepreneurship Program, which gives Ci&T employees the resources and ability to pursue their own projects from within the company’s walls, with Ci&T executives providing mentoring and guidance. Highlighted in the article are the early successes to come out of the program, including runens and Ipanema Games.

At the inaugural Nearshore Nexus event, Ci&T CEO Cesar Gon took a few moments to speak with Josette Rigsby, Technology Editor at Nearshore Americas. In the resulting interview, Cesar discusses what makes Ci&T unique and one of the best places to work in Brazil. Cesar also touches on Ci&T’s nearshore delivery model and upcoming sourcing industry trends.

In June, Daniel Viveiros, Ci&T’s technology manager heading up the cloud computing practice, authored the compelling article titled “Development in the Cloud – Challenges Remain, but the Future Is Bright,” published on CloudComputingJournal.com. The cloud is still a new concept to some IT folks and while it can be intimidating, Daniel’s piece shows that the potential for success is just around the corner – and in fact, a lot of people are already enjoying it!
